All our 3D printed products have a matte finish. The back side of the products have marks where the manufacturing supports have been removed. These don't affect the function of the products however you can use a fine sandpaper to get a smooth finish if so desired.

Our 3D printed components are made out of a range of photopolymers (resin) on an SLA 3D printer.

Yes you can! We strongly recommend to use a primer first before painting. Please note that adding paint to our products could cause axle and pin holes to become too tight. We cannot accept returns on any painted or altered items.

Yes, we have added International Shipping to our Website.

All products are transported in plastic bags with bubble wrap. For orders with rods they will be shipped in a cardboard box to provide more protections. We try to reusue packaging where possible to help us reduce waste.

Yes, for standard orders you have 14 days to contact us at brecklandbricks@gmail.com to arrange a return. You then have 14 days to then return your order to us at your expense if you wish to recieve a refund. For custom orders we only accept returns if the product is faulty. You will need to provide proof of the fault to brecklandbricks@gmail.com and then we will arrange a return. For more information please see our returns policy.

We will accept cancellations for standard orders providing that the products have not yet been produced. With custom orders, we can only accept cancellations if the design process has not started. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at brecklandbricks@gmail.com. You will need to provide us with your order number so that this can be processed.
