SHIPPING POLICY
All purchases are made to order and will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of payment being received.
Custom orders take longer due to the design process, so please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be dispatched from receipt of payment.

Our Website ships globally, but please note you will incur a higher shipping charge if you live outside the United Kingdom.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You are eligible for a refund on your goods if you contact us at brecklandbricks@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 calendar days to the address provided. You (the customer) shall bear the costs for the return shipment.

Returns
Returned items must be packaged in a way that they are not damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping in the original packaging and you send the goods with tracked or recorded delivery. Breckland Bricks will not be liable for any products that are damaged or lost during their return to us.

Refunds
You will only be eligible for a refund on custom orders if the parts are faulty. As all parts are checked before shipping, this will only be eligible if the parts are damaged in transit. You will only receive a refund for the cost of the products.
