This website is owned and operated by Breckland Bricks. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and purchase products offered by us. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or purchase products from Breckland Bricks, you must be at least 18 years of age.

1. Products Provided
Breckland Bricks produces and sells 3D-printed products that are LEGO compatible. These products include, but not limited to:

coupling and connecting rods
Products are made from a photopolymer. Product specifications can be viewed here
We may, without prior notice, change, or stop providing the products we offer. Please note that we do not sell any official LEGO® products (including bricks).
Products are designed for use by adults (18+) only and should not be left unattended around small children.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may be accepted at the discretion of Breckland Bricks and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Work on any custom order design will not be started until payment is received in full.

2. Prices and Payment
Prices for each product can be found here. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.
Payments will only be accepted using a UK Debit or Credit Card, or via PayPal. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment in full.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All purchases are made to order and will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks of payment being received.
Custom orders take longer due to the design process, so please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be dispatched from receipt of payment.

We ship Internationally, but please note that you will incur higher shipping charges if you live outside of the UK. Customers located outside of the UK and EU will possibly incur customs charges when the package is received in the destination country.
4. Quality Assurance
Prior to shipping, all orders will be checked to ensure they are free from any defects that could affect their function. Axle and pin holes will be tested using an official LEGO® product. All resin or by-products from the manufacturing process will be removed.
5. Returns, Refunds And Complaints
You are eligible for a refund on your goods if you contact us at brecklandbricks@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 calendar days to the address provided. You (the customer) shall bear the costs for the return shipment.

Returns
Returned items must be packaged in a way that they are not damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping in the original packaging and you send the goods with tracked or recorded delivery. Breckland Bricks will not be liable for any products that are damaged or lost during their return to us.

Refunds
You will only be eligible for a refund on custom orders if the parts are faulty. As all parts are checked before shipping, this will only be eligible if the parts are damaged in transit. You will only be eligible for a refund of the amount of the returned products. No shipping costs will be refunded.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact us in writing at brecklandbricks@gmail.com with the details of your complaint. We will respond to your correspondence within 7 calendar days and seek to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Intellectual Property
Breckland Bricks owns the Intellectual Property for all of the designs, photographs, images and logos featured on this website. By accessing this website and/or purchasing one of our products and/or downloading files, you agree not to re-sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

8. Future Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of this website (https://www.brecklandbricks.com/) after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from our database.
